Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Define and design technical solutions that meet business and functional requirements.
- Develop architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, system interactions, and component specifications.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, IT strategy, and governance guidelines.

Technical Leadership:
- Guide development teams in technology selection, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead proof-of-concept exercises and provide technical validation for proposed solutions.
- Provide expertise on system integration, microservices, cloud, and contemporary application architectures.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers,



and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure solution architectures meet non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Conduct architecture reviews and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve development practices, tools, and architectures.
- Mentor and coach technical teams to build expertise and adoption of best practices.
