About The Role:
- The ITD Product Manager - Payroll is a key member of the ITD Transformation team, which focuses on the design, delivery, and ongoing support of ITD solutions within the Payroll services function.
- This role holds responsibility for all applications underpinning Payroll services at Reckitt.
- The primary focus is on governance and the enforcement of standardized solutions across projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives related to Payroll services and other relevant applications within the organization.

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Template Management and Solution Delivery Support: Oversee template management and provide crucial support for solution delivery within the Payroll domain.
- Team Leadership: Lead the team to effectively deliver and maintain IT applications in alignment with business needs and expectations.
- Standardized HR Solutions Blueprint: Support the development of a comprehensive blueprint aimed at achieving standardized HR solutions across Reckitt, thereby simplifying future change processes.
- Governance and Enforcement:



Govern and enforce the adoption of standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives specifically related to HR Systems solutions within Reckitt.
- System Landscape Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or simplify Reckitt's HR Systems landscape to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Delivery Partner Collaboration: Where necessary, collaborate closely with delivery partners to ensure that all functional designs they provide adhere to Reckitt's established practices and standards.
- Design Workshops: Lead design workshops to effectively gather business requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, and develop comprehensive functional specifications and design documentation.
