About the role:
- The ServiceNow Product Architect plays a crucial role within Reckitt's growing ServiceNow platform, which is utilized across multiple business lines.
- This position is part of a high-performing ServiceNow team and is responsible for ensuring Reckitt maximizes the value of its ServiceNow modules and entitlements while aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Accountable for the ServiceNow product architecture, security, and health within Reckitt, with a specific focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
- As a core member of the Reckitt ServiceNow team, contribute to the Reckitt product strategy to align ServiceNow platform capabilities with the business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap. Ensure Reckitt fully leverages the features included in its entitlements.
- Responsible for enabling the product roadmap by collaborating with the Reckitt ServiceNow Product Manager and platform team, Reckitt ITSM Global Process Owners, and other product and platform owners within Reckitt.
- Provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow product within Reckitt, including the creation of reusable components (e.g., APIs), associated automations, and integrations to ensure the tool remains fit for purpose.
- Act as a solid individual contributor who can collaborate with senior stakeholders within Reckitt, influence other product line and platform roadmaps, and enable the right solutions for Reckitt.
- Drive continual improvements by adhering to ServiceNow best practices and staying updated on the latest ServiceNow features.
The experience we're looking for:
- Must have deep technical expertise on ServiceNow, including comprehensive functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, data model, ServiceNow application development, scripting, and integrations.
- Overall 10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow. This experience should include Technical Architecture
