External Job Description
•Investigate and resolve technical complaints related to exterior texture products across regions
•Analyse complaint trends and root causes, and present insights through structured reports
•Work closely with the R&T; and Supply Chain teams to identify improvement areas and preventive measures
•Lead and manage a team of 13 off-roll Training Associates across India
•Design and execute training programs for applicators, contractors, and channel partners on exterior texture systems
•Drive capability-building initiatives through regular field visits, hands-on workshops, and certification programs
•Act as a liaison between Sales, R&T; Research & Technology, and Supply Chain teams
•Ensure smooth communication, feedback sharing, and problem resolution among all stakeholders




•Collaborate closely with Sales Teams as a support function and for other technical and functional alignment
•Identify and onboard vendors for texture panel manufacturing, event stalls, and promotional activities
•Negotiate pricing, quality, and timelines with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely execution
•Oversee panel setups and brand presence at national and regional meets/events
•Maintain sales and training dashboards using Excel or similar tools
•Generate complaint analysis reports and training performance trackers
•Present periodic updates to management with actionable insights
