As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – Manufacturing, you will work alongside experienced professionals in one of Reckitt's high-performance manufacturing facilities. This program offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure in manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational excellence within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit to ensure smooth production flow.
- Assist in monitoring process parameters and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen,



and Six Sigma activities.
- Support maintenance and engineering functions to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and production engineers to meet production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production/Industrial Engineering.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
