- As the Senior Portfolio Manager for Intelligent Automation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Reckitts digital transformation strategy, focusing on automation and AI-based platforms.
- You'll lead a portfolio of innovative projects leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and process mining tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making across the organization.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Intelligent Automation portfolio, aligning with Reckitts overall digital and business strategies.
- Oversee a suite of automation and AI projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Works closely with the Product Group Directors / Product Line Managers / Product Owners and the Squad to solve problems and develop mitigating solutions for potential bottlenecks.
- Engage in cooperative partnerships across functions to merge business needs with technology solutions.




- Works closely with the resp. Product Group Directors / Product Line Managers / Product Owners to ensure that the messaging, demands, priorities, budget, capacity, timelines, and delivery are fully aligned and generating the intended value/outcome.

- 15+ years of experience in IT portfolio or product management, with a strong focus on automation and AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and process mining tools.
- Strong background in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expertise in establishing portfolio management standards and processes for automation projects.
