Key Deliverables
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Hybrid Cloud technologies including compute, storage, and virtualization
- Design and deliver customized Hybrid Cloud solutions tailored to business needs
- Provide technical sales support and customer-facing presentations
- Develop and maintain technical competency and certifications
Role Responsibilities
- Work with customers to align Hybrid Cloud technology with business objectives
- Create and review Statements of Work, Bill of Materials, and infrastructure requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Hybrid Cloud manufacturers like Cisco, Dell, and HPE
- Lead solution delivery and participate in services handoff meetings
