Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
- Coach the Team: Guide team members in Agile principles and Scrum practices to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Monitor Progress: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee manual testing processes and integrate automation testing where applicable.

Technical Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Manual QA experience with familiarity in automation testing tools is preferred.

Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
