Ensuring that the workplace of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labor relations.
Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.
Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.
