We are seeking a skilled Dot Net Support Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET technologies and a proven track record of providing technical support for applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of our .NET applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for .NET applications and frameworks to ensure seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs in existing software.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of .NET applications in production environments.
- Document support processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.





Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in .NET application support and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core, including ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with web services (REST and SOAP) and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for .NET applications.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
