Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Oracle services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Oracle solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.




- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 12 - 20 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on Oracle services.
- Robust project management skills with experience in managing large-scale Oracle implementations.
- Delivery experience with one or more of the following Oracle products: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), and Oracle Finance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
