Role: MRO PainterWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MRO Painter to join our aviation maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for aircraft component surface preparation, painting, coating, and finishing while ensuring compliance with aviation safety, quality, and MRO procedures.

- Key Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming of aircraft parts and components.
- Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Properly mix and handle paints, primers, and chemicals as per technical specifications.
- Read and follow maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and ensure required finishing standards.
- Perform touch-ups, repainting, and corrosion-control activities as required.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and painting booths in a protected and clean condition.
- Follow all aviation safety,



health, environmental, and PPE requirements.
- Complete work records and maintain documentation as per MRO procedures.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed safely, accurately, and within the required timelines.

- Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in aircraft/aviation MRO painting or a similar technical painting environment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, coatings, and corrosion control.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, manuals, and work procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an MRO team.
