Job Summary

We are looking for a Merchandising Manager / Merchandising Executive (MM/ME) to drive exceptional in-store visibility, merchandising execution, and product presentation across designated MR I stores.

The role is responsible for ensuring superior merchandising standards, including DPSM visibility, window displays, PMU execution, promotional compliance, smart spots, displays, POSM installation, and share of shelf, while maintaining a premium in-store presence compared with competitors.

The position plays an important role in executing monthly merchandising initiatives, improving the shopper experience, and supporting overall business growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities

◆ In-Store Visibility – Ensure P&G; products are properly displayed and easily visible to customers.

◆ Product Availability – Check product availability and maintain 100% SBD SKU availability wherever possible.

◆ Merchandising Execution – Ensure proper shelf arrangement, product placement, displays and POSM installation.

◆ Promotional Activities – Ensure all ongoing promotions and promotional materials are properly displayed in stores.

◆ Store Visits – Visit assigned stores regularly and check product visibility, availability and merchandising standards.

◆ Share of Shelf – Ensure our products get good shelf space and visibility compared with competitors.

◆ OOS Management – Identify Out-of-Stock products and take necessary action to improve availability.

◆ Store Relationship – Build good relationships with store owners and store staff.

◆ Reporting – Maintain accurate daily market visit and merchandising reports.





◆ Target Achievement – Complete assigned merchandising activities and achieve monthly targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: High School / Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, Modern Trade, Merchandising, or In-Store Execution will be an added advantage.
