We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Movement Therapist to join our team at Apricot Care on a part time basis.

:

Qualification:

- Degree / Diploma / Certification in Movement Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Physical Education, Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in movement-based therapy or rehabilitation are preferred.
- Immediate Joining Preferred.

Experience:

- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Experience working with elderly, neurological, orthopedic, or rehabilitation patients will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Movement Therapy & Patient Care
- Conduct safe and structured movement therapy sessions for patients.
- Assist patients with mobility, stretching, strengthening, balance, coordination, and functional movements.
- Plan appropriate movement activities according to the patient's physical abilities and rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patients during sessions and ensure proper technique and safety.
- Modify activities according to individual patient needs and limitations.
- Patient Engagement
- Encourage patients to actively participate in movement and rehabilitation activities.
- Conduct simple group movement, mobility, and exercise sessions where required.
- Promote physical activity, confidence,



independence, and overall well-being.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily session records and attendance.
- Record patient participation and progress during movement sessions.
- Report any concerns or changes in patient mobility to the senior therapist or clinical team.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
- Support the multidisciplinary team in implementing patient-specific rehabilitation plans.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and case discussions when required.

Work Mode:

- Part-time
- Flexible working hours / mutually agreed shift.
- Minimum 3–4 hours per day, as per requirement.
