About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate should have a strong creative eye, good understanding of animation principles, and the ability to convert ideas and concepts into visually engaging motion content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animated social media posts, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Develop creative video concepts based on client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Design and animate 2D graphics, text, icons, illustrations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the graphic design, content, social media, SEO, and digital marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Transform static designs into dynamic and engaging motion content.
- Edit and enhance video footage with appropriate transitions, effects, sound, music, and animations.
- Create short-form video content optimized for social media engagement and advertising.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Understand client feedback and make required changes efficiently.




- Maintain consistency with brand identity, visual style, typography, and design guidelines.
- Stay updated with latest motion design, animation, video editing, and social media trends.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns.
- Ensure all final videos and animations are delivered in the required format, resolution, aspect ratio, and platform specifications.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Blender or other 3D software will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, transitions, visual effects, and video composition.
- Good knowledge of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and digital marketing content.
- Ability to work with different aspect ratios and platform-specific video formats.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, modeling, lighting, or rendering will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of sound design, audio synchronization, and basic colour correction will be a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative and video tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
