Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Graphics

Experience: • 3–5 years in video editing/motion graphics (events/media preferred)

CTC : 7 to 8 LPA  ( hike will be given based on years of experience / skillsets/

performance in the interview)

WORK IN OFFICE ONLY

Working Days : Mon. to Sat.

Working Time: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Video Editor & Motion Graphics specialist who can turn ideas into highenergy visual content—for pitches, live events, and post-event storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

 Create event AVs: openers, award films, teasers, screen content, and animations

 Develop pitch videos that help convert business

 Translate briefs into storyboards and strong visual narratives

 Execute motion graphics aligned to event themes and branding

 Deliver quick, high-quality edits under tight timelines

 Produce after-movies with sharp storytelling and music sync

 Ensure screen-ready output across formats and resolutions

 Stay updated with design trends, motion styles, and AI tools

Skills & Creative Capability

 Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure for live audiences





 Deep understanding of large-format screen content (LEDs, multi-screen formats,

show flows)

 Excellent eye for composition, typography, color, and motion aesthetics

 Ability to translate abstract briefs into high-impact visual concepts and storyboards

 Strong sense of music, rhythm, and emotional build in edits

 Capability to create high-energy, immersive content for openers, award shows, and reveals

 Understanding of branding and consistency across event collaterals and screen content

 Ability to work on tight timelines without compromising creative quality

 Awareness of global motion design trends, event content formats, and audience engagement styles

Software & Technical Proficiency

 Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Expert Level – Mandatory)

 Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for asset creation and compositing)

 Working knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / 3D workflows (highly preferred)

 Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) for rapid ideation and enhancements

 Strong understanding of codecs, formats, resolutions, and screen adaptations (LED walls, projection, multi-format outputs)

 Experience with sound design basics and audio syncing

 Ability to handle multi-layered compositions, heavy renders, and optimization for live playback

Portfolio showcasing event AVs, motion graphics, and high-energy edits is mandatory.
