We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through animation, motion graphics, video content, and engaging visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals along with the ability to create content that works across social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
- Develop animated content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Convert static designs and creative concepts into engaging motion-based content.
- Work closely with the Creative, Social Media, and Account Management teams to understand briefs and deliver content within timelines.
- Create visual transitions, typography animations, logo animations, kinetic typography, and other motion elements.
- Edit and enhance video footage, including basic colour correction, sound syncing, transitions, and effects.
- Adapt creative assets into different formats and aspect ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video content.
- Work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Explore current motion design, video editing, and social media trends and incorporate relevant techniques into creative work.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet the required specifications.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.




- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging social media reels and short-form video content.
- Valuable understanding of social media formats and content trends.
- Ability to work from a creative brief and independently develop visual solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of timing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience with 3D motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro advanced editing techniques.
- Experience with AI-based creative and video tools.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio mixing.
- Experience working with advertising or digital marketing agencies.
