About the Role

Global Surf IT Pvt Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Infopark, Kochi.

The role will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, digital creatives and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics and visual content for social media, websites, advertisements and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging 2D animations, explainer videos and animated advertisements.
- Design and animate title sequences, lower-thirds, transitions and infographic animations.
- Edit videos and handle basic post-production to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
- Create digital and print assets including banners, posters, brochures and presentations.
- Develop and refine branding elements such as typography, icons, logos and colour schemes.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and video production teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative and technical quality.
- Stay updated with emerging motion graphics, animation, design and content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics,



Multimedia Arts or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a creative/digital marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- Strong understanding of motion design, typography, colour theory, composition and visual storytelling.
- Experience in storyboarding and creating concept-driven visual content.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging designs and animations.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and effectively incorporate creative changes.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with excellent motion and storytelling skills and can create content that is not only visually appealing but also supports digital marketing and brand objectives.

A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory and will be an important part of the selection process

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
