Role Overview :

At Bhanzu, we're on a mission to make math the most loved subject in the world. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can do more than create great visuals, someone who can set the creative standard, and drive results with visually impactful comms. The role will primarily focus on CRM but you will have opportunities to be involved across Performance Marketing, Brand and other Marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

● Own the creative quality bar end-to-end across static, video, and copy. You set the standard for what ships and what goes back.

● Build and steward the design language across typography, composition, colour, motion, and tone, so the work feels coherent and intentional across geographies and formats. Not just a style guide, a point of view.

● Connect visual thinking and copy thinking treat words and images as one craft, not two separate ones

● Push concept and craft together, ask sharper questions, kill safe ideas,



and champion work that is both strategically sound and creatively brave.

● Turn briefs into clear visual direction.

● Bring the best tools into the room, stay ahead of design, cultural, and AI tooling trends, and fold the ones that matter into how you actually work.

● Present with conviction take work and rationale to senior stakeholders and defend the thinking, not just the output.

What We’re Looking For:

● These are not checkboxes. They are signals that you will thrive here.

● 4+ years in design or creative leadership ideally in CRM.

● A genuine eye can articulate why something works, not just whether it does. You have strong, defensible opinions on craft, and you can teach them.

● Fluency across visual and verbal craft you think in layout and in language. You understand design grammar, and you know good copy when you see it.

● Comfort with modern and AI-assisted production tools you use them to move faster and raise quality, not as a gimmick.

● A strong portfolio that shows range, a clear point of view, and work you can talk about with conviction.

● Comfort with speed and chaos edtech moves fast and creative volume is high. You adapt, prioritise, and still protect the quality bar.
