We are seeking a high-calibre Motion Design & Video Content Specialist with exceptional taste, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of modern video storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who combines advanced motion design, YouTube content creation, and contemporary editing techniques, with a strong appreciation for quality, rhythm, and visual impact.

A key part of this role involves creating animation and video content for TV/Media, including TV-ready edits, motion graphics, promos, and other broadcast-style creative assets. Experience with, or a strong interest in, television-focused video production will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations, primarily using After Effects, for TV and digital content.
2. Edit videos using modern pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques optimized for TV/Media and digital platforms.
3. Create and refine TV-focused animations, promos, video edits, and broadcast-ready creative assets.
4. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and overall strategy.
5. Apply best practices for YouTube performance, including audience retention, SEO, and algorithm awareness.
6. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and production quality.
7. Create visually compelling YouTube-focused and TV/Media video content from concept to final delivery.

Qualification We are looking for a candidate who brings both technical excellence and refined creative judgment:

1. Exceptional taste with a strong eye for design, composition, timing,



and motion aesthetics.
2. Advanced After Effects expertise, with modern motion design and animation experience.
3. A portfolio that clearly demonstrates energy, originality, and ZING.
4. Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator or in a similar video-driven role.
5. Experience creating TV/Media content, including TV promos, broadcast-style video edits, motion graphics, show packages, or similar work, is highly preferred.
6. Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
7. Solid understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
8. Excellent storytelling abilities with a creative and conceptual approach to content.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
11. Experience working with marketing teams to align video content with broader campaign goals.
12. Strong AI sensibility, with knowledge of AI tools and a preference for experience in AI-assisted video creation.

Additional Skills We Value (Good to Have)

- Solid understanding of motion design principles, including timing, easing, transitions, and typography in motion.
- Experience creating content for short-form and long-form platforms, including YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, TV, and OTT platforms.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across TV and digital content.
- Basic design skills, including layout, color theory, and typography.
