About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced PRTG Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our enterprise monitoring workplace using Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor.

- The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, visibility, and performance of our IT infrastructure and critical applications.

Essential Job Functions:

- Operate, maintain, and optimize the PRTG monitoring environment (on-prem and cloud)

- Manage Scansor, AutoMonX, custom sensors, dashboards, alerts, reports

- Perform updates, patching, backups, license management

- Monitor PRTG system health, performance, storage usage

- Troubleshoot sensor and alert issues

- Collaborate with infra, network, application, and security teams

Qualifications

- Exp: 1-3 years

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with PRTG Monitoring Tool.

- Knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud for configuring and troubleshooting PRTG monitoring.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications





- Exposure to other monitoring tools like Solar Winds

- Basic understanding of security monitoring
