Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mold Maintenance Technician based in Satyavedu.

The Mold Maintenance

Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on injection molds and related equipment to ensure reliable production of medical device components. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting molds for wear or damage, troubleshooting issues during production, executing repairs and adjustments, and documenting maintenance activities. The role involves collaborating with production and quality teams to minimize downtime,



support smooth line changeovers, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

The technician will also assist in implementing maintenance improvements, adhering to schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for injection molds and associated machinery.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve mold and equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, including inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and component replacement.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, mold components, and basic tooling practices is beneficial.
- Understanding of safety procedures, quality standards, and documentation practices in a manufacturing or medtech environment is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use measuring instruments, and operate standard workshop tools is advantageous.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, tool, or industrial maintenance disciplines is preferred; prior experience in mold or industrial maintenance is an asset.
