Role & responsibilities:

- Handling ~30 borrowers PAN India.

- Conduct Site Inspections and submit detailed report.

- Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Cash flow analysis reports, Issuance of Report to Credit team.

- Verifying & looking after onboarding activity, Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC verification, No Dues Issuance.

- Follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.

- Verify and submitt of various reports (e.g.

Overdue

Report, Loan movement, Collection efficiency etc.) and other data points as per periodical requirements.

- Interact with Auditor for submitting data and handling queries.

- Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.

- Handle team and training team member(s).

Qualifications:

- MBA in finance.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction finance or a related area.

- Solid understanding of financial processes and legal requirements in the construction industry.

- Proficient in financial reporting and budget management.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
