About The Job:

- A Mobile Device Management (MDM) job involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining systems to secure and manage an organization's mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

- Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing security policies, managing applications, performing device lifecycle management (enrollment, updates, and decommissioning), and troubleshooting user issues.

- This role ensures compliance, data protection, and operational efficiency through the use of MDM solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Provide day-to-day support for mobile device management using ABM and Microsoft Intune.

- Configure and deploy mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) using MDM tools.

- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device connectivity, configuration, and performance.

- Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

- Maintain documentation for MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor and report on device compliance and usage metrics using HFS provided tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in MDM technologies.

Qualifications

- EXP- 9-12 Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM).





- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).

- Experience with device lifecycle management, including provisioning, enrollment, and decommissioning.

- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and conditional access policies.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
