As a Mobile Salesman, you'll interact with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, sell products, and promote additional products and services. Achieving sales targets is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers visiting the store and assist them in selecting the right mobile products.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services.
- Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in the mobile industry.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of mobile products and technology.
- Willingness to work a six-day week from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
