Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones and related devices. The technician will be responsible for identifying hardware and software issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer devices are serviced efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware and software problems in mobile phones.
- Perform mobile phone repairs, including display, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone, camera, and other component replacements.
- Troubleshoot motherboard and connectivity-related issues.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and applications.
- Perform software flashing, formatting, and basic configuration.
- Identify faulty components using appropriate testing tools.
- Handle customer devices carefully and maintain proper service records.
- Explain technical issues and repair requirements to customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding repair time and service requirements.
- Test devices thoroughly after completing repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the service workstation properly.
- Follow company service procedures and quality standards.




- Coordinate with the service team for complex technical issues.
- Maintain daily repair and service reports.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in mobile phone servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with basic technical knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common mobile phone problems.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS devices is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
