Position Purpose The Mobile Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable mobile applications across the full technology stack. The role involves hands-on coding using React Native, Android Studio, IOS for front-end development. The developer ensures that applications are efficient, secure, and meet functional and non-functional business requirements.

Qualification: Technical Graduation and Above.

Experience: 5+ years of Mobile App development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Build Mobile Applications: Develop functional and appealing mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, backend developers, and QA testers to create seamless app experiences. Participate in regular team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative planning sessions to align on project goals.

Write Clean and Productive Code: Follow best coding practices to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance. Utilize version control systems like Git to manage codebase and streamline collaboration.

Test and Debug Applications: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure apps run smoothly across devices and OS versions. Use tools like emulators, device farms, and crash analytics to identify and fix issues.

Maintain and Update Applications: Continuously monitor app performance and make necessary updates and enhancements based on user feedback or OS changes. Refactor and optimize existing code to support new features of Android/iOS and improve maintainability. Keep up with the latest mobile development trends, SDK updates, and platform guidelines.

Ensure Security and Data Protection: Implement best practices for mobile data encryption, user authentication,



and secure storage. Stay informed on security vulnerabilities and apply patches or updates as needed.

Integrate APIs and Third-Party Services: Connect apps with backend systems, cloud services, analytics tools, and third-party SDKs. Ensure robust error handling and graceful fallback mechanisms for third-party service disruptions.

Publish Applications to App Stores: Handle app submission processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including compliance with guidelines. Generate release notes, manage versioning, and respond to app store reviews or issues.

Optimize Application Performance: Improve speed, responsiveness, and battery usage of the application across different devices. Profile and fine-tune UI rendering, memory usage, and background processes for optimal performance.

- Data schema and backend architecture: Understand and contribute to design scalable and efficient data schemas. Collaborate with backend teams to define API structures, ER, and data patterns and ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Java, Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python.

Mobile Development Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.

Mobile Architecture and Design Patterns: MVVM, MVC, Bloc, Redux, or Provider for state management and scalable app architecture.

APIs:



Understanding of APIs and how to integrate them into applications.

- Database and Storage: Local storage with SQLite, Hive, Realm, or shared preferences. Cloud storage and synchronization using Firebase, AWS Amplify, etc.

Testing and Debugging: Strong skills in testing, debugging, and optimizing apps. User Experience (UX): An understanding of UX principles and how to create user-friendly applications.

- CI/CD and Deployment: Familiarity with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise. App submission and release management for Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Security: Implementing secure authentication, encryption, and safe data storage. Understanding of OAuth, JWT, biometric authentication.
