Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the mobile technology roadmap and architectural strategy.
- Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable mobile application architectures.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Lead and mentor mobile engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in React Native or Flutter (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java).
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.




- Experience integrating mobile applications with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, backend integrations, and data synchronization.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full mobile application development lifecycle.

Leadership Skills
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Profile
- 12+ years of software development experience with significant mobile expertise.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale mobile applications.
- Strong track record in mobile strategy, technical leadership, and solution architecture.
