Position- MNP Prepaid Process Team Leader

Employment Type- Full-time

Salary- 20,000 to 25,000/month

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage and supervise the MNP Prepaid process team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure achievement of team targets, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
- Track attendance, shrinkage and productivity.
- Coordinate with QA, training, MIS and Operations team.
- Motivate team and maintain discipline and positive work environment.

Required skills-

- Strong knowledge of telecom process.
- Robust team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS excel and basic MIS reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and motivate team.

Eligibility: 2-4 years of BPO experience, with minimum 6 months in a Team Leader role preferred.
