Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Android and iOS mobile applications.

- Define mobile application architecture, technical standards, and development practices.

- Develop and review applications using React Native, TypeScript, and/or Flutter.

- Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, push notifications, authentication, and third-party services.

- Implement mobile features such as maps, location tracking, payments, biometric authentication, camera, and deep linking.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, and network efficiency.

- Ensure application security, secure data storage, and proper permission handling.

- Manage testing, builds, CI/CD, app releases, and production deployments.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with backend developers and the CTO on technical and architectural decisions.





- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the mobile development team.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application stability and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 TO 6 years of mobile app development experience.

- Strong experience in React Native + TypeScript.

- Knowledge of Flutter, Android and iOS.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and mobile integrations.

- Experience with Firebase/FCM, Redux/Zustand/BLoC/Riverpod.

- Knowledge of mobile security and performance optimisation.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD and app deployment.

- Tech leadership, mentoring, and robust problem-solving skills.

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/IT or related field preferred.
