About The Job:

- We are seeking skilled MLOps/DevOps Engineers to support AI/ML and Generative AI platforms for a global Life Sciences project. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and deployment of AI/ML workloads.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML and enterprise applications.

- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.

- Support AI/ML and Generative AI model deployment and operationalization.

- Manage cloud environments on AWS and/or Azure.

- Configure and maintain GitLab repositories and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and performance optimization across environments.

- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to productionize ML solutions.

- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.

- Support environment setup, release management, and platform reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

Must Have

- Strong experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.

- Hands-on expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

- Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud platforms.





- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Understanding of DevOps best practices, monitoring, security, and automation.

- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms and workloads.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol).

- Experience supporting LLM/GenAI applications.

- Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and model deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor.

- Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated environments.

Consultant (3-5 Years)

- Hands-on implementation experience in DevOps/MLOps projects.

- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong cloud and containerization fundamentals.

- Ability to independently execute deployment and automation activities.

Associate Consultant (5-7 Years)

- Ability to lead DevOps/MLOps workstreams and mentor junior engineers.

- Experience designing scalable cloud-native platforms.

- Strong expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, governance, and release management.

- Experience driving platform modernization and operational excellence initiatives.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,



or related field.
