About The Job:

- We're looking for an MLOps Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize our machine learning infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions:

- You'll work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to automate and streamline the entire ML model lifecycle, ensuring our models are scalable, reliable, and continuously perform at their best in production environments.

Responsibilities " Design and Implement MLOps Pipelines:

- Create and manage automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines for machine learning models, from training and testing to deployment.

Infrastructure Management:

- Build and maintain the scalable infrastructure required for ML workloads, primarily on cloud platforms GCP, using tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Model Deployment and Serving: Develop robust APIs or microservices to serve machine learning models for real-time inference and integrate them into existing applications.

- Monitoring and Maintenance: Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, data drift, and resource utilization.

- Implement automated retraining strategies when a model's performance degrades.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with data scientists to understand model requirements,



ensure reproducibility, and streamline the transition from development to production.

- Version Control and Governance: Implement best practices for versioning data, models, and code to ensure reproducibility and accountability."

Qualifications:

- EXP-9-17 years

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

"Technical / Functional Skills:

-

- Programming: Solid proficiency in Python is essential. Familiarity with other languages like Bash, Scala, or Java is a plus.

- ML Fundamentals: A solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including algorithms, model training, and evaluation metrics.

- DevOps and Engineering: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and core software engineering principles.

- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and its specific ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).

- Containerization: Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.

- To define skill capability building strategies and implement the same
- To identify attrition points and implement strategies for retention
- To manage technical interview panels and allocate technical specialists for projects
- To work with transition managers and SDMs for successful transition of projects
- To identify gaps in the existing customer environment for the specific tracks and strategies for new propositions development




- To analyse industry best practices and implement in customer OMCs and to identify upcoming technologies so as to ensure readiness to support
- To effectively manage team and conduct monthly reviews
- To review solutions for implementing automation/lean initiatives for repeated tasks
