MIS & Reporting

- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan disbursements, collections, and group meetings.

- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).

- Maintain clean data logs from branch inputs and check for errors or missing records.

- Build performance dashboards for regional managers using Excel or basic Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Operations Support

- Verify Client KYC documents and loan applications before final approval.

- Coordinate loan disbursement transfers to borrower bank accounts or group centers.

- Resolve data discrepancies or software sync issues reported by field staff.

- Ensure operations follow Reserve Bank of India (RBI) microfinance norms and internal compliance rules
