Reporting to - TA Ops Lead

Work Mode - Min. 4 days in office

Shift - General

- Create standardized daily and weekly reporting formats to improve Recruitment efficiency.
- Create and manage structured Dashboards, Excel templates and implement data validation checks.
- Automate Excel-based processes and reduce report generation time.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all global TA reports and dashboards.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards to leadership for data-driven analysis, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Delivering the reporting requirement or dashboard in a timely manner is a must.
- Monitor Recruiter performance (Target vs. Achieved report, Cost per Hire etc) and provide analysis on weekly basis.
- Maintain yearly recruitment database and the integrity of the same.
- Month end, Quarterly and Financial Year end reporting of TA Team.
- Manage global data of the Recruitment ATS. Report issues to the backend team in case of report failure and provide RCA.
- Responsible for the analysis,



design, code and testing of reports required.
- Coordinate with Recruitment Leads and understand their specific reporting requirements for their respective departments.
- Ensure data confidentiality.
- Should be ready to take additional responsibilities of managing ATS and understand the functionalities in the system.

Candidate Profile

- Must have relevant years of MIS and Analytics experience as mentioned in the document.
- Skill Set – Hands on exp. in Advanced excel, Logic, Advance Formulas and Complex Functions, Data analysis, Dashboards, Data presentation, Insights, Automation, Power BI, Ad hoc and Standard reporting, Performance Reports etc.
- Must have experience in creating dashboards, analysis & management reporting, automation, data base management.
- Experience in interfacing with all levels of management, employees, recruiters.
- Should be flexible in terms of timings in case any report is required over weekends etc.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Experience in Recruitment MIS is a huge plus.
- Ability to take up requirements without much handholding or follow up.
