Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain records, and support business operations. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical abilities, and the capability to handle large volumes of data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Analyze business data and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify information.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Create dashboards and presentations for management review.
- Track sales, inventory, dispatch, and operational data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Handle email communication and administrative tasks.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Entry, Reporting, or Administration preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge can also apply.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
