MIS Executive – Adoor

Location: Adoor, Kerala

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly proficient MIS Executive to manage data, prepare management reports, maintain MIS records, and support business operations through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze large volumes of operational data.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collect and consolidate data from branches and internal teams.
- Maintain systematic records and documentation.
- Generate reports and insights for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports.

Required Skills
- Excellent hands-on proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
- Good knowledge of MS Word for professional document preparation and formatting.




- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.

Experience
- Freshers with excellent practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates should have dedicated/exclusive experience in an MIS role, with responsibility for MIS reports, data analysis, trackers, databases, and management reporting.
- Candidates who handled MIS only as an additional responsibility in another role will not be preferred.

Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with dedicated experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or business reporting will be preferred.

Work Location: Adoor, Kerala Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
