About the Role

M/s. Royal Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and supporting management with actionable insights through effective use of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments
- Create dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports
- Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant data
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and provide insights to management
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible




- Maintain proper documentation and data records
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/IT background preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an MIS Executive or similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Communication: Odia, Hindi and English

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with Google Sheets / Data Visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management
- Prior experience in retail/FMCG/distribution industry
