MIS Executive

Job Location: Jharsently Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain MIS records, and support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, valuable typing skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updating of MIS reports.
- Prepare Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and error checking.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
- Analyze data and highlight discrepancies, trends, and important updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection and verification of data.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely submission of all reports.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong data-handling and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with strong Advanced Excel skills may be considered.
- Previous experience in MIS, reporting, data entry, or a similar role will be an advantage.
