Job Title: MIS Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage project data, reporting, documentation, and MIS activities for our skill development program. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing regular reports, updating MIS portals/systems, and supporting the project team with timely and reliable information.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily project data and MIS records.
- Collect data from training centers and verify its accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
- Maintain candidate-wise records related to enrollment, attendance, training, assessment, certification, and placement.
- Enter and update data in project MIS/online portals accurately and within deadlines.
- Cross-check physical documents and MIS data to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Center Managers, Trainers, Quality Team, Placement Team, and Project Management for data collection.
- Track batch-wise and center-wise targets and performance.
- Prepare reports on enrollment, attendance, dropout/retention, assessment, certification, and placement.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation of project records.
- Generate Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.
- Identify data errors, gaps, or inconsistencies and coordinate for timely correction.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of candidate and project data.
- Support the team during audits, inspections, assessments, and monitoring visits.
- Maintain records and evidence required for project compliance.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
- Perform any other MIS/reporting responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or a similar role preferred.
- Prior experience in DDU-GKY, Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or other government skill-development projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, email, and internet applications.
- Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, and basic formulas will be preferred.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to manage large volumes of project data and prepare timely reports. Candidates with previous experience in DDU-GKY, Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or other government-funded skill-development projects will be given preference.
