Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS &

- Data Analytics Executive to manage, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate MIS reports, developing dashboards, performing data analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting

- - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and systems.

Data Analysis &

- Business Insights

- - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Create performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards for various business functions.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports, visualizations, and presentations.

Dashboard &

- Automation

- - Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools.
- Automate data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
- Improve reporting efficiency through process optimization and data automation.

Data Management

- - Validate and cleanse data to ensure integrity and reliability.
- Maintain databases, master data, and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and data needs.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics,



Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or MIS are an advantage.

Technical Skills

- - Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA, Top AI Skills).
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, good to have Zoho BI Skills.
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development.
- Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytics tools is preferred.

Analytical Skills

- - Strong quantitative and analytical thinking.
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
- Experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.

Soft Skills

- - Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and business understanding.

Experience

- - 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analytics, data analytics, or a related role.
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments, automating the reports, Building and Modifying the Dashboard according to the Business requirements.
