Role & responsibilities

- Responsible to execute the roles and responsibilities of Mines Foreman as per statutory.

- Should have an exposure to execute the mines shift operation/drilling & blasting/development activities.

- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental norms, and legal requirements.

- Creative ideas implementation to achieve the desired KPI and their tracking mechanism

- Supervise HEMM operations, mine development, manpower handling, deployment, and operational planning.

- Implement and oversee best practices in blasting, mine development, and resource utilization.

- Ensure the compliance at mines pertaining to DGMS, PESO, IBM, DMG etc.

- Responsible for shift production with quantity, quality and equipment performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in highly mechanized open cast mining operations, especially in limestone or similar mineral sectors.

- Strong understanding of shift production with quantity, quality and equipment performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Second class Mines Managers/Foreman Certificate (Restricted to Open Cast Mines) issued by DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) Mandatory
