Role Overview We are looking for a mid-level Content Moderation & Data Analyst to support the review and analysis of video content against established content policies and guidelines. The role will involve evaluating video and language-based content, identifying non-compliant or potentially sensitive material, and performing data analysis to identify trends, risks, and quality issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and consistently apply content policies. Experience working with sensitive data, content moderation, trust & safety, or digital platforms is highly desirable.

Experience with Android TV or connected TV platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate video content against defined platform policies and content guidelines.
- Evaluate spoken and written language to identify abusive, harmful, offensive, or policy-violating content.
- Identify and appropriately classify sensitive data appearing in video content, metadata, transcripts, or related datasets.
- Analyze sensitive-content datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Apply moderation policies consistently and make accurate decisions based on established guidelines.
- Perform data analysis and quality checks on moderation datasets and content classifications.
- Investigate edge cases and ambiguous content and escalate complex cases when required.
- Identify recurring policy violations and provide insights that can help improve moderation processes.




- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trust & Safety, Policy, Data Science, Product, and Engineering.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and analysis related to content quality, policy compliance, and sensitive-data trends.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow appropriate procedures when working with sensitive or restricted information.

Required Qualifications

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in content moderation, trust & safety, data analysis, quality analysis, operations analytics, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing or analyzing video/digital content against predefined policies or guidelines.
- Strong understanding of content policy enforcement, including abusive, offensive, harmful, or non-compliant language.
- Experience working with sensitive data and applying appropriate data-handling and classification practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent, policy-driven decisions.
