We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and student-focused Headmistress Middle Wing to lead the academic, pastoral, and operational functioning of the Middle School.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of middle-school education and adolescent development, with the ability to lead teachers, drive academic excellence, manage student behaviour, engage parents, and create a positive and progressive learning setting.
The role will involve working closely with the Principal, academic coordinators, department heads, teachers, counsellors, students, and parents to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student well-being.
