About the Role

Nine Squares Architects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Mid-Level Architect with robust design, documentation, and coordination skills to manage projects from concept through execution, while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and develop design concepts, sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
- Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants, reviewing their drawings for discrepancies.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and site visits, incorporating feedback into development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support senior architects with timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)



from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, construction processes, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
