- We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, Power Platform, and PCF development.
- The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the Dynamics ecosystem, hands-on development experience, and the ability to support enterprise-grade CRM implementations, integrations, migrations, and ongoing support activities.

Essential Job Functions:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Support

- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Actions, and server-side components using C#.
- Perform Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript-based client-side customizations and Ribbon Workbench customizations.
- Execute data migration activities and support CRM data cleansing initiatives.
- Run console applications for data validation, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 applications, security roles, business rules, and app-level settings.
- Create and manage connections for Power Platform applications.




- Share and manage Power Apps access across business users and teams.
- Create SharePoint Groups and Document Libraries integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Perform production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for CRM issues.
- Troubleshoot and support IDOC integrations through Azure API Management (APIM).
- Design and develop Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Work with Dataverse entities, relationships, security models, and integrations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Deploy and manage PCF solutions across Dynamics 365 environments.
- Develop integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in PCF development.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Hands-on development experience.
- Ability to support enterprise-grade CRM implementations, integrations, migrations, and ongoing support activities.
