Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer:-

Role Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent conversational agents and Copilot extensions within the Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem, enabling business process automation and AI-driven productivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots/chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph
- Build and configure topics, entities, actions, and generative AI-based conversation flows
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Teams, Azure OpenAI, third-party APIs) via connectors and plugins
- Implement authentication, security, and governance controls for Copilot deployments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation/AI assistant use cases and translate them into functional bots
- Conduct testing, debugging,



and performance tuning of conversational flows
- Support post-deployment monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement of bots

Required Skills

- 5–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) development
- Solid experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service, generative AI/LLM concepts, and prompt engineering
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, and Teams
- Understanding of M365 security, governance, and licensing models
- Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and basic scripting for custom connectors
- Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or AI-102) preferred
- Strong communication skills for client-facing requirement discussions
