nWe’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives from planning to successful execution.

What You’ll Don

- Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.n
- Track program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance.n
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership.n
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.n
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required.n
- Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions.

What We’re Looking Forn
- n
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.n
- Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.n
- Solid organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.n
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.n
- A genuine alignment with the values and mission of a purpose-driven organization is desirable.n
