n? What We're Looking For
n

n✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology Recruitment.
n✔️ Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
n✔️ Strong Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
n✔️ Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML,



Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development.
n✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n✔️ Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
n✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
