Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SSIS, SQL Server, and Data Warehousing to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL development, data modeling, dashboard development, and transforming business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI. Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Design and implement dimensional data models (Star Schema/Snowflake Schema). Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions. Create complex DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations. Ensure data quality, report performance, scalability, and security. Support data integration, data migration,



and reporting initiatives across the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues. Required Skills 7-12 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting. Robust hands-on experience with: Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service DAX & Power Query SQL Server SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Data Warehousing Concepts Data Modeling & Dimensional Modeling Experience building enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. Understanding of ETL design and implementation. Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI governance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Synapse Analytics Databricks Snowflake Power BI Certification (PL-300 or equivalent)
