We are looking for an experienced Metal QC professional to inspect metal materials, components and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, metal components and finished products
- Check dimensions, thickness, weight, surface finish, colour and overall quality
- Identify scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, porosity and finishing defects
- Conduct quality checks as per defined specifications
- Use vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and weighing scales
- Maintain inspection, rejection reports and quality documentation




- Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues
- Conduct random and final inspections before dispatch
- Segregate and document rejected/non-conforming materials
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of metal quality inspection and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of metals, alloys and their properties
- Hands-on experience with inspection and measuring tools
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and documentation
